Personal Automotive Lifting Cart with Platform

The TEUPEN LEO 18 GT is a multi-functional, caterpillar, lifting cart with platform which can be used as a full-featured machine outdoors (it can move on any platforms, it moves and turns easily), on the other hand beacuse of its small size it can beasily taken to halls, churches, malls and other buildings to do indoor work (thanks to the distribution of surface pressure it protects the cover from injuries and the white rubber does not leave a mark on the ground). It can turn to 355 degrees which enables an optimum access to any working site. In the working platform two people can work simultaneously. One of the main advantages of TEUPEN LEO 18 GT is its small size, it can go through a 80x200 cm door still its working height is 18 metres. The platform is light, it can be taken off the machine very fast and in a simple way. Thanks to its caterpillar it can navigate even on uneven, boggy ground and on gradient surfaces. It can be fixed easily and in a stable way for transport.

1. ENERGETICS CERTIFICATION

According to the 176/2008 (VI.30.) government decree from 1st January 2012 onwards it is obligatory to make an energetics certification of a building

  • in the case of new building
  • existing building (independent function unit, flat)
  • transfer of property for a value (sale) or a rent exceeding one year
  • a state-owned building for common use for official purpose the usable area of which is over 1000 m2

 

The authorized number of the completed certificate must be indicated on the given contract (bill of sale, rent) the transaction cannot happen without this.

 

There are certain exceptions which do not require a certificate

  • when the usable area of the building is less than 50 m2 (the area of the building and not of the flat is taken into account! So for example in the case of a 35 m2 flat in a block of flats a certificate is obligatory);
  • a building which is meant to be used only for less than 4 months in a year;
  • a building which is designed to be used for less than 2 years;
  • buildings of religious purposes;
  • buildings which are protected by law and buildings which are situated on areas protected by law (monument protection, local building value protected);
  • buildings used for agricultural purposes;
  • those buildings where as a result of technology the internal heat gain in case of proper use it is more than 20 W/m3 or during the heating season it needs more than 20 times ventilation or it happens like that – mainly industrial buidings and factory plants; 
  • a building used as a workshop;
  • tent structures which are blown up by air or prestressed – aimed for a long-term human abidance

 

 

About the certification itself. How does it look? What does it contain? Who can make it?

 

A certification is a document issued about a building, house, flat, independent function unit which is intended to show the energy use of the building and its efficiency. During the certification process the certifying person makes a detailed examination of the building plans and/or on the basis of the site visit its function, structure, orientation, heat insulation, heating -, hot water -, ventilation -, lighting system and maybe its energy bills. On the basis of the aquired data with a complicated calculation method the certification is made.

The completed certificate is uploaded to an online database and printed copy of it stays with you. The validity of the certification is 10 years.

Cetrification can only be made by a person who has the necessary authorisation. The list of  authorised certifiers can be found on the website of the Hungarian Chamber of Engineers.

The energetics experts of our company have the permissions needed for the authorisation thus by all means you will receive an official and valid document.

 

Here are the prices of certification for your consideration:

 

Block of flat/apartment house:

until 100 m2: 13,500 HUF + VAT

 

House:

If the house has architect plans, until 100 m2: 15,500 HUF + VAT

If there is no available plan documentation, until 100 m2: 18,500 HUF + VAT

Ourside Debrecen we charge an extra 80 HUF/km travel allowance added to the certification fee.

1.2 THERMAL IMAGER EXAMINATIONS 

We provide a full thermographic view with our professional TESTO 885 Thermal Imaging camera of your buildings, industrial applications which our experts would analyse and put into a detailed report if you need, with which you can save energy.

Building construction:

  • heat loss of walls, floor, roof constructions, heat insulation
  • mapping of heat loss caused by heat bridges
  • examining the airtightness of doors and windows
  • identifying the possible condensation and moisture areas to block mold formation
  • identifying leaking areas

Mechanical and electrical systems:

  • examining radiators, floor heating, surface heating (the evenness of heat dissipation, regulation deficiencies, ventilation, under or overheating, irregular speed and direction of flow)
  • mapping the tracks, insulation, leakage, break of hidden pipelines (heating, cooling, water, drain)
  • revealing abnormal operations of other mechanical system elements (circulating pump, heat exchanger, hot water tanks)
  • examining electrical switchboards and wires (overheated wire, loose binding, hot points)

 

Industrial thermography:

The inspection of production processes of manufacturing plants with thermal imager during which we reveal the anomalies and deficiences before any irreversible error or fire hazard situation would occur. The revision of machines, apparatus, tools is done contactless thus this technology does not require a halt in the manufacturing with which the plant can save time and money besides receiving a secure audit.

1.3 COMPLEX ENERGETICS AUDIT

One of the energetics services of our company, Uniszol – Facility Management Plc. includes the complex energetics audit with which we would like to contribute to the increase of eneregy efficiency in the buildings used by our partners thus helping the environmental sustainability. During the audit our experts would make a multiple, detailed site visit during which they get to know the conditions and the utilisation methods and the possible problems of the building. We make suggestions for a right and energy conscious operation and we make development measure plans.
